Aspiring Businesswomen Summit
The culmination of the work of BWIB’s Events Committee is organizing and executing the Aspiring Businesswomen Summit, which takes place in the Fall and began under 2022-23 BWIB President Sara Lehman.
This year's summit will take place on November 16, 2025.
We encourage you to come ready to engage in insightful discussions, share your experiences and perspectives, and learn from our distinguished speakers and guests. The summit promises to be an enriching and empowering experience for all attendees.
In the words of Sara Lehman, UCLA ‘24:
The summit is an all-day professional development experience geared towards woman-identifying high school students from the Los Angeles area. It aims to to provide powerful educational lectures, practical college and career-focused workshops, and stimulate networking activities.
The Events Committee and BWIB organizes the summit with the intention of encouraging young participants to think critically about their place in higher education and the business world, and to provide navigational tools to help attendees feel more confident and capable as they progress through their academic and professional journeys.
This Fall: BWIB x HKA Consulting
Week 2's General Meeting will be an information session and networking opportunity with associates from the Los Angeles office of HKA Consulting.

These meetings are open to all, no application necessary, & led with the intent to provide female students with the information they need to succeed in their careers.
